Initial Design Consultation: We start with a free in-person consultation to talk through your goals, budget range, timeline, and overall vision for the kitchen. This is a working conversation that helps shape the project, not a final planning meeting.
Design Agreement: If it feels like the right fit, the next step is a paid Design Agreement. This includes detailed renderings, construction plans, and full project pricing, so you can see exactly what the remodel will involve before demolition begins. Financing options are available if needed.
Build & Project Management: Once the design is approved, construction begins, with a Frey project manager overseeing the project throughout. The person overseeing the work understands the design and is responsible for making sure it is carried through properly. We don’t consider the job complete until you’re satisfied.
