This includes working with subcontractors, managing crews, ensuring quality workmanship, adhering to safety regulations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate would have experience as a Roofing Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry and a strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices. Starting wage is negotiable with the possibility of overtime, incentive plans, bonuses, and continued growth and earning
