Dear Scott,

It was very nice meeting you at the Frey 15 year picnic. What a great way to show your appreciation! We had put off getting new windows, siding, and gutters for years. Plus, I’ve waited 20 years for a patio door. With the energy tax credit ending soon. That helped us to finally get going. We decided to go to the Home Show in Madison. There we got many ideas and learned a lot about windows, siding, and gutters. Frey was our first appointment with Tony. He spent 3 hours at our house. We learned so much more and Tony was very patient with all our questions too! Tony offered so many different options. He also shared his knowledge if something would look good or not. When you’re making such a huge decision – you are first hoping it all looks good in the end!!

What we liked the most was – Frey could/would do it all. We didn’t have to worry about finding someone else to do this or that. The quality of your products and especially the warranty plus craftsmanship warranty. In today’s world, the background check and drug testing is great. Benefits Frey and the customer! Also, the porta potty! Great idea.

We greatly appreciate Tony not being a high pressure salesman. That would be a huge turn off. With this being such a huge project for us – we needed time to think and discuss with each other. Even though we met with other salesman – we knew Frey was our first choice. We were that impressed right from the beginning with Frey and Tony! Tony was happy to do one project or it all!

After having other salesman at our house, we learned a lot too! Some were on time – some not! Some had warranties – but not as great as Frey! Some wanted our decision right away that night – sign on the dotted line (Not when were spending that kind of money). One salesman – didn’t send the estimate until a week and a half later. (We wondered if he wanted our business or would work that way?) Laptops are a huge asset for your estimates! Some only would do part of the job – not all electrical etc. We didn’t want to mess with multiple people.

What more can we say? As long as you have Tony with your company and keep up the great work – you’ll have many more Frey picnics! We are truly happy with the windows, patio door, siding, and gutters. Our house turned out great so, Thanks to all at Frey!
