Frey Construction prides itself on our #1 goal of customer satisfaction in Madison and its surrounding communities in Sauk, Dane and Columbia Counties. Our job is not complete until our clients are left “tickled pink” with their home improvement project. To reach this goal, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our customer service.

In an effort to improve, we are asking for your help. So, with that, we introduce our “OPERATION: Improve Frey Construction.” We want input about your experience with Frey Construction. We can gain insights from your perspectives on our marketing techniques, and interactions with our office staff, sales team, and field crews. Then we can use those insights as feedback for our employees and improvements to our processes.

What’s in it for you?
As a benefit of being selected as one our “Secret Shoppers”, you will receive a $250 check from us upon completion of your project and completion of our survey for our “Operation: Improvement”

We will select up to 3 Secret Shoppers per month. You will need to fill out an online form to request to be our Secret Shopper. A representative from our company will contact you to let you know that you have been selected. The representative from our company will be the only person on the Frey team that will know that you have been selected as our Secret Shopper. (We don’t want to sabotage the mission of the operation by having the rest of our team know about it.)

You will go through the normal process of any other client, and upon completion of your project, our selected representative will then contact you again and have you fill out a questionnaire about your experience with Frey Construction. Once this questionnaire is returned – your $250 check will be mailed to you.

The information that you provide to us will be used to get a new perspective on our company, our employees and how to be continually improving ourselves. “OPERATION: Improvement” needs YOU!!
